PROFIFRUIT – International Fruit Production Conference and Fair was held in Belgrade on March 9th and 10th 2018 for the first time in Serbia. The main goal of this event was to connect professional fruit producers from Serbia to companies that offer new and innovative solutions.
The first day was mainly dedicated to the production and preservation of apple fruit, and the second day to the production of berry fruit. The speakers were experts, from Serbia, Poland, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
Among topics of presentations were planting material, fertilizers and plant protection, storage and packaging, banking, funds and insurance.
Our company was one of the exibitors. We presented YARA mineral fertilizers, MEMON organic fertilizers, LEYAT and FALKET cutters, tube ties but special attention of the visitors attracted the frigo strawberry and Bibaum® apples and cherry trees of MAZZONI, whose representative was also present at the fair and brought closer to the manufacturers the advantages of this breeding form.
